Since summer 2020, a new permanent exhibition has been open in the hall of the Musée de la Forêt. Its aim is to raise awareness among the public about the natural riches and skills and knowledge found in the region.
Open from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 12 pm and from 1:30 to 5:30 pm.

The village of Rimogne and its Maison de l'Ardoise (Slate House) is an important heritage site uncommon in the Ardennes region. Located in the former power station of the village's slate quarry, it offers visitors the chance to explore the underground world of slate mining and its history. Come learn about the surprising properties of slate, its harsh mining conditions as well as the daily life of the "flake" miners and their families.
Opening times:
During school holidays: from Wednesday to Sunday, 2 to 7 pm.
During the school year: only upon reservation made 24 hours in advance.
